Benazepril (sold in the US under the brand name Lotensin) is an ACE inhibitor. It is taken once or twice a day. Available doses are 5mg, 10mg, 20mg and 40mg tablets. You may also see it sometimes listed as benazepril hydrochloride.

Benazepril and HCTZ (sold in the US under the brand name Lotensin HCT) is a combination of the ACE inhibitor above and the diuretic hydrochlorothiazide. It is usually dosed once a day. It is manufactured in 4 different strengths: 5/6.25mg, 10/12.5mg, 20/12.5mg and 20/25mg tablets.




Benazepril and Amlodipine (sold in the US under the brand name Lotrel) is a combination of the ACE inhibitor benazepril and the Calcium Channel Blocker amlodipine. The capsules are available in 6 different strengths: 2.5/10mg, 5/10mg, 5/20mg, 5/40mg, 10/20mg, and 10/40mg.

Benicar HCT is the US brand name for a product containing the Angiotensin II Receptor Blocker Olmesartan and the diuretic hydrochlorothiazide. It is most often taken just once per day. Dosages are available in 20/12.5mg, 40/12.5mg and 40/25mg tablets.

Bisoprolol (US brand name Zebeta) is a beta blocker used to control high blood pressure. It is usually taken just once per day. Bisoprolol is available in 5mg and 10mg tablets. You may also see it listed as bisoprolol fumarate.

Bisoprolol and Hydrochlorothiazide (HCTZ) is a combination product(US brand name Ziac). It contains the beta blocker bisoprolol and the diuretic HCTZ. Most often it is taken once per day in the morning. Tablet strengths are 2.5/6.25mg, 5/6.25mg and 10/6.25mg.

Bystolic is the US brand name for nebivolol hydrochloride.  It is a beta blocker use to lower blood pressure and it is also used for certain heart conditions. Tablets are made in 2.5mg, 5mg and 10mg. It is most often taken once per day.
